Everyday that matters for the future

For I know that I must raise my voice and pen these words for a purpose bigger than myself.

This life could become a speck of dust if I choose to trivialize the issues that MATTER.

Climate change is real without any denial,

but the denial looks rock solid when I see hordes of plastic dancing away in the wind.

Spending on a plastic bottle will cost our future,

carrying on a reusable bottle will cost nothing but heal our future.

Greta called out, Fridays for future.

but I would call out, Everyday for the future.

Climate isn’t waiting for anyone to respond,

but it’s taking the due course of action due to our own actions.

So we shouldn’t wait either.

Don’t wait for the policies,

don’t wait for the convenience to kick in,

don’t wait for anyone to tell you that our planet matters;

every single action to free our planet must kick-in,

because we are obliged enough to give back in the light and darkness.

For I know that you and me should do enough to say that we materialized enough for the future that MATTERS!
